Merchant can easily add a new user to Maxpay merchant portal. It can be done only by the user who has mportal owner role - the owner of the email used to create the account initially.
The team members are managed and added in Settings-Team members.
In order to add a new member please click Add user, enter the email and password.
We have several predefined roles based on the access to the reports and tools the user will have, and an option to create a custom role from the scratch. All you need to do is to choose the role from the list and click Edit access.
