Overview
First of all, to perform a payment in cryptocurrencies you’ll need to own any among the supported crypto. The list of supported crypto you can find at the top of the crypto payment page:
In some cases, additional currencies could be found upon clicking on the search bar. You can use search by cryptocurrency name or crypto short name:
In case you don’t own any cryptocurrency you’ll need to purchase one using crypto exchanges, wallets, or on-ramp fiat solutions. There is a variety of them, but the most popular crypto exchange platforms are Binance and Bybit, and the most popular crypto wallets are: Trust Wallet and Metamask
In case the cryptocurrency you own is not presented on the payment page you can exchange the one you have for any available on the payment page inside your wallet or on crypto exchange. Search for the relevant instructions on how to exchange (buy or trade) crypto in your crypto exchange or crypto wallet or contact your support.
Once you’ve found a currency you would like to use you’ll need to select it by clicking on its name or shortname. Upon selection, the page will be updated and you’ll see the required information to proceed with the payment.
It is important to choose a proper blockchain to proceed with the transfer as the same cryptocurrency might be processed via several blockchains with different transaction fees. You might lose your cryptocurrency if it is sent using a blockchain that is different from the selected one. Supported blockchains can be found by clicking on a droplist which is located below the currencies:

To proceed with the crypto payment you can scan the QR or you can enter payment details manually in your crypto wallet or the crypto exchange platform.
Let's dive into the details based on the example of a few popular crypto exchange platforms and crypto wallets.
Don’t worry if there’s no instruction for your specific platform or crypto wallet, those are chosen just for example purposes. We do not restrict any of the crypto platforms or crypto wallets, so payment is possible from anywhere.
The flow should be similar everywhere. Contact your crypto platform or wallet support in case of any difficulties or try to find relevant instructions on your crypto platform or crypto wallet.
How to make a crypto payment on the Binance application example

Log in to your Binance account

Click at Wallet

Click Withdraw

Click on the coin you’ve selected on the payment form and click “Send via Crypto Network”

Then click the QR button or enter the details manually:

Make sure that the details are completely the same and there are no mistakes and click the Withdraw button. Use copy and paste to avoid mistakes.
To copy the address or Amount click the Copy icon -then simply paste the information inside the relevant fields on Binance:

- The cryptocurrency is the same on the payment page and on the Binance
- The blockchain is the same on the payment page and in the Binance
- The address is the same on the payment page and in the Binance
- The receive amount is the same on the payment page and in the Binance.
Be careful as mistakes can lead to money lost. - Confirm the transfer and return to the payment page
- As soon as the transfer is completed you will be redirected to the merchant page

Hover on the user icon and click withdraw

Select the same coin you’ve chosen on the payment page, choose On-chain Withdrawal, copy and paste the address from the payment page, select Chain Type the same as on the payment page, copy and paste the Amount
Make sure that:
- The cryptocurrency is the same on the payment page and on the Bybit
- The blockchain is the same on the payment page and in the Bybit
- The address is the same on the payment page and in the Bybit
- The amount is the same on the payment page and in the Bybit.
- Be aware of the minimum amount. Do not send the amounts below it as in this case the money could be lost. Be careful as mistakes can lead to money lost.
- Make sure that the details are the same and click the Confirm button
- Confirm the transfer and return to the payment page
- As soon as the Withdrawal Completed you will be redirected to the merchant page

Open your Trust wallet extension, hover on the balance and click Send button

Select the chosen on the payment page coin and blockchain

Copy and paste the address and amount from the payment page to the Trust Wallet. Make sure that the details are the same and click the Preview button.
