Customer management – Maxpay Help Center

Customers or Customer management is a section which allows to view and make some actions related to your customers.*

For your convenience you can specify the data shown in the report using the following filters:

Date - choose the desired date range when the user was created.
Unique user id - this filter allows searching a user by his unique user id.
Payment page - the filter allows searching users to within a specific payment page.
Trials - this filter allows to find users who have trial packages.

Search results will show the following details about the user:

Field	Description
Created on	the date when the user was created by unique user id.
Customer id	unique user id that merchant assigns to the user. In case if the merchant does not pass this field the user id is generated by Maxpay.
Card	the card details that were submitted during the most recent payment.
Name	name on card submitted during the most recent payment.
Total amount, USD	the total amount of active packages and subscriptions user purchased.
Actions	button Details allows viewing more details about the customer and his payments.

After clicking Details button you will be able to see the following information:

Field	Description
General info	repeats main information about the customer: Name - name on card submitted during the most recent payment. Customer id unique user id that merchant assigns to the user. In case if the merchant does not pass this field the user id is generated by Maxpay. Created the date when the user was created by unique user id.
Cards	has the list of all cards used by the user and have the following data: Cardholder name - the name of the card owner enter. Card the first 4 digits and the last 4 digits of the payment card. Expire date expire date of the payment card.
Subscriptions	shows the list of active subscriptions and has the following data: Product name - name of the subscription product. Price - price of the subscription product. Period - period of the subscription product. Status - status of the subscription (active or inactive). Actions - available for actions for subscription : Details - shows the details of subscription product. Force - is the button to force the next transaction. Cancel - is the button to cancel the subscription.
Trials	shows the list of active trials and has the following data: Product name - name of the product subscription. Amount - amount of the trial product. Date of charge - date of the trial transaction. Actions Details - shows the details of the trial product.
All purchases	Product name -name of the purchased product. Amount - amount of the purchased product. Status - status of the transaction. Date of purchase - date of the purchasing transaction. Actions - available actions: Details - shows the details of the transaction. Send receipt - send email to the customer about the purchase. Refund - allows refunding the transaction.

In the Customer management section you are able to make refunds, send receipts to your customers, monitor their activity, check if the subscription is active or inactive, check the credit card details and so on.

*Please note that the report described in this section is available only in case of HPP integration.
